There is no on-site staff. Everything is done over the phone or online. Trying to get in touch with anyone over the phone is extremely challenging. I do not feel its right that id you move out after the first of the month that you have to pay for the entire month and it is not prorated.

Bill W | ReservationI actually had a very disappointing experience. I showed up to my storage unit with my moving trucks and I could not gain access to my storage unit. There was a lock on it. There was nobody on site for help. I called the phone number listed on site which led me to a bot to help, but I could not talk directly to a person. It was starting to rain and I needed to find a different storage facility and to rent a different storage. By the time I got to the other place and was starting to unload my truck I received an information that a lock was placed on my unit with a code. None of that was communicated to me ever prior. Not a great experience.
