Cynthia P | Overall ExperienceWould be five stars because the storage facility is amazing but we had a lot of drama with our truck reservation. First it was no longer available from where we booked them a month in advance then they didn't bring our package over and over charged us! We moved across 3 states and the refund over the phone while driving was less then fun. We gave the storage facility a chance because my brother in law also uses it otherwise with all the pains we would have gone elsewhere regardless of the free month and price lock. We were pleasantly surprised to find the facility and staff much nicer, looked cleaner and able to easily and quickly do their jobs.

There are many other storage options in the area for less than half the cost. Why would I continue to pay $200 a month for a 10x10 when there are larger units within a few miles for $50 a month?
