JOHN K | Overall ExperienceThe people you recommended to move us ruined our furniture. Especially my electric fireplace. Every piece of furniture was gouged in one way or another. A piece of wood was missing on each section of my furniture. I’m almost 80 on a fixed income and it isn’t possible for me to replace it. After years of taking care of everything I have, I’ve wound up with what looks like a house full of junk. Several times I’ve phoned in my payment and spoke with someone who didn’t know what they were doing. One time that I called, I received a letter saying I was late with my payment even though I made it three days earlier. After having it supposedly corrected, I received three more requests for payment. One coming from the main office of U-Haul. Everyone was apologetic re the mixup. I believe they put new employees on the phone without enough training.
