Timothy congrats to you and your family. Also Brooke was the most helpful and always seemed like she was there running the show. Definitely was capable of handling so much and always had a smile! She is definitely an asset to the company and I hope out of all this that she is recognized for her amazing abilities to help individuals during sometimes very stressful times (moving). She is a Rockstar and I hope your team knows how awesome you're!

Today was my second time speaking to Timothy and he remembered me from the previous visit. Timothy is a genuinely kind and professional man, who cares about his customers! He was nice enough to show me my unit, explained the check-in process, etc. It was a very pleasant experience. Last but not least, Brooke was also helping answer any questions I had, and kept things lite with a joke here and there. Americans are spending more and more these days, but it feels great to spend when the business has great people leading their organization! Thank you, Timothy and Brooke!

Timothy H | First ImpressionsHaving the first month for free was extremely helpful I felt like the U-Haul was a little bit overpriced but it definitely did its job. The free lock and free month of storage made up for that!! The staff who assisted my friend upon arrival to rent the U-Haul was extremely helpful and the young man Matthew who assisted me was also extremely helpful. I even got a free lock with my locker which was extremely convenient I asked for a bottom floor small locker that's exactly what I got! 😁 10/10.
