Vacating request was simple. Staff (on phone) were very helpful, friendly and answered all our questions. Will definitely recommend Storage Facility

Jennie F | Overall ExperienceHorrible experience. Set it up with one person via phone. No one goes to the site. A second person tells me everything the first person said and did was wrong. Paid the deposit then was told I didn't. Amounts given were different. Told by first person they will prorate the last month if I leave early. I left day 3. Had to pay whole month. Called repeatedly, no one called back. Deal with their bot the whole time. On move out was told Amy helped with move out and took payment. Never talked to her and didn't give permission for money to be taken. Worst business I have ever dealt with. No one on the same page.
Sharon D | Overall ExperienceI would rate this service 1/10. Since Saturday, I have been trying to rent a storage unit in the Buckeye location, and it has been almost impossible. No one answers the phone, and there is never anyone in the office. One time, a rude girl called me back and sent a link to upload my ID, but the link did not work. Of course, I tried calling her back, and she neither answered nor returned my call. I then tried uploading my ID through the website, and that did not work either. I left a request through the text message bot, and no one contacted me. I called again today, and once again, no one answered and no one called me back. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. With this level of customer service, I seriously question how this business operates.

I do not feel its right that id you move out after the first of the month that you have to pay for the entire month and it is not prorated.

Bill W | ReservationI actually had a very disappointing experience. I showed up to my storage unit with my moving trucks and I could not gain access to my storage unit. There was a lock on it. There was nobody on site for help. I called the phone number listed on site which led me to a bot to help, but I could not talk directly to a person. It was starting to rain and I needed to find a different storage facility and to rent a different storage. By the time I got to the other place and was starting to unload my truck I received an information that a lock was placed on my unit with a code. None of that was communicated to me ever prior. Not a great experience.
