DEBORAH A | Overall ExperienceThe facility was clean and we felt safe. We used a climate-controlled space which was set to a comfortable temperature. The on-site carts made moving our things very easy though it would be nice to have all of them in one spot. We had to hunt a bit for the extra large cart. Overall great experience for our first time using a storage locker.
KURT H | Overall ExperienceEverything went very smoothly, despite the inhuman heat index on Saturday. One suggestion that would save you significant dollars on your utilities and also make it much better for your customers during unloading: Install an automatic air curtain blower over the double doors that would turn on when the doors are open and the outside temperature is above 80 or below 60. On Saturday, the lobby area by the freigt elevator became just as bad as the outside and we noticed it was rising up to the second level as well through the elevator shaft and stairwell. Thanks again!
