The price lock is a plus, but did not affect this rating of my rating with this U-Haul facility. The staff, especially Andrea (it was at least close to that name)was pleasant and knowledgeable of how to address all my needs. She walked me to my particular storage unit demonstrating, then allowing me to use the card key entry. The total of my experience from rental to return was smooth and and pleasant.

This was not the case at this location. They were very understanding and extremely helpful. I would be understating to say that they made me feel very welcomed. It was a breath of fresh air to be treated with such patience and respect. I hope that they will be recognized for the excellence that they portrayed each time I came in. I wish that more businesses had the same compassion and respect that those guys have! Great job to that location and I sincerely wish everyone there the best. It was absolutely in my top 3 business experiences in my life!
