Except for the price. Instead of going up during the time I was there,never late on my payment,never complained,always respected the place,I think it should have been going down.Cause now you are going to rent it out to someone else at a discount locked in price for a year,and I every other month you were going up on my price. Not business like friendly.

june p | Overall ExperienceThe staff could not get the storage unit access card or PIN to work after an hour because the system apparently had a power outage that disrupted the process. After an hour I had to leave and come back the next day. The staff did what they could do but the U-Haul system appears to not be very robust.
