STACIE M | Overall ExperienceThe only two negatives I have are one: the garage door beepers are ridiculously loud distressing to elderly people and two: This is nothing you have control over, but it's a bit dodgy around there. So sometimes I felt unsafe going in and out of the building not because of anything under U-Haul's control but just the people that might be about. Otherwise it's great. Seems to somebody they have stolen some of your carts which is unfortunate..

Randall R | Online Move InI just want to say thank you to the staff and AJ for being patient with me on my payments everything was great besides the fact that somebody broke into my unit several times through the fencing that is supposed to secure the unit at the top, also the access to the carts is all. Other than that the staff are wonderful! Thank you AJ for going above and beyond for your customers.

Lakishea W | First ImpressionsThere was a black homeless woman who brought her bags of clothes in with her, went straight to the bathroom and used it to “shower” and freshen up. Not sure how secure that is having people living right out of the facility. Not very sanitary having homeless people “buying” units and just using it as a place to “shower” in the bathroom and change clothes. She had her own access code and card. It the 45 minutes I was there I saw that happen, I’m concerned about what goes on in the facility in the other 23 hours of the day. Hopefully you can resolve that. It’s kind of ridiculous.
