When I got the unit it was filthy, I had to clean it before I put my belongings in there. And after the first month there appeared piles of dog crap right in front of my unit. I had to shovel it out of the way in order to get into my unit. Then when I moved out I left a voice mail at their number and sent two emails. It took them until 8pm to reply. Not very professional in my opinion.
