There wasn't always someone in the office, but they had a number you could call and someone came within a few minutes, which was ok with me. If I were someone running on a really tight schedule, that would have been a bit frustrating. Also, I found the website a bit hard to find on the internet.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere wasn't always someone in the office, but they had a number you could call and someone came within a few minutes, which was ok with me. Jolene S | Overall ExperienceWe were here for years and had nothing but great experience!
Chelsey F | Overall ExperienceThe unit (279) was not swept out when I rented it and there was a large, oily stain on the floor that either came from or extended to Unit 278. I thoroughly swept the unit before occupying it and, again upon clearing out. Like everything in this day and age, the rental fee was extreme.

The staff here with both Patty and Dakota take great pride in making their customers feel comfortable and safe at all times. I recommend this place to everyone who is moving or just needs a place to store your stuff. Thanks for all your hard work and I will keep coming back to you and will tell all my friends about you folks.
