This was a great storage unit to leave my stuff at we moved from California and we didn’t get to the storage until till 12am and they responded to our call and they met us at the storage unit! No attitude and just a pleasant interaction especially with the big move, the storage unit was really clean when we got it and was a very secure storage unit, I would recommend this storage 100%.

Consequently, we needed to store some big items quickly and efficiently. All Valley Storage (AVS) had a nice sized unit ready for us. The storage facility was near a main road and easy to get to. The manager met us at the office. He was polite and professional and gave us a quality lock and three keys. If we need more storage in the future, we will contact AVS first.

And after the first month there appeared piles of dog crap right in front of my unit. I had to shovel it out of the way in order to get into my unit. Then when I moved out I left a voice mail at their number and sent two emails. It took them until 8pm to reply. Not very professional in my opinion.

STEPHEN A | Overall ExperienceNever ever go through this facility. They weren’t there during the business hours that they advertised so I couldn’t get into my unit the day of my reservation. That’s after I spent 550$ on a U-Haul. Loaded the U-Haul and drove 4 hours.
