My two biggest disappointments with this facility where that I had to pay extra for 24 hour access and that when I rented my unit, they did not tell me that there were two keypads that I needed to use to access my unit. Had I not come through to my unit the first time during office hours, I would not have been able to access my unit. It would’ve been nice to have them walk me through the access process. Also, I think there may be a garage door I could’ve used, but no one told me about it. Also, the keypads were very frustrating. I often had to key in my code multiple times on each keypad to get access.
