Entire experience was 5-star. Grace made tour of unit, rental process, access and checkout effortless, professional and friendly. Utilized many storage facilities and this was by far the best. Grounds and unit were clean and well maintained. Theres pride of ownership here. Nice, safe, convenient location. Easy in and easy out. Highly recommend.

Phil on the other hand was friendly Just wish units were more maintained and kept up so they wouldn’t have been this issue

I started renting here years ago and liked it so much that when I moved back near town I stored my belongings here even though I lived in Prescott. The hour drive to my storage was well worth it to be somewhere that I felt like the managers cared and my belongings were safe. I would highly recommend this facility.

(Believe me I have had several of them over the years.) I am also very appreciative of the owner who actually worked with us during these tough Covid times when I lost 1/2 my income for six months. Showing care and concern for your clients should be an important aspect of any business organization, and these gentlemen get five out of five stars because they have truly accomplished this goal.
