I don’t even want to blame the representatives because it just seems like it’s the company’s culture. U-Haul policies are also strange and not customer friendly so I will definitely be avoiding U-Haul in the future.

ERIC N | First ImpressionsI have a blown out knee. The wrong unit was given to me, after hours no one to fix the problem, had to load five full carts back into my U-Haul late last night, by myself. U-Haul should’ve been used 24hrs, I repeatedly communicated w/multiple staff I still have truck since it’s taking me longer. Now company message stating they will report truck stolen. I am unhappy with my whole entire experience, along with being emotionally and mentally stressed out with my move. Then I hear employee giggling on the phone when my alarm triggers opening my unit door.
