James H | Overall ExperienceThe one thing that had me opt for this storage was the first month free coupled with the cross country one way trailer I brought from MD. While I’m glad to have the storage, my unit was on the upper level of the building/upstairs, and there is no elevator. I had large pieces of artwork and 20 boxes of sheet music, each 30lbs or more, and I had to carry each individually up the stairs after driving 6 hours from Santa Fe. Why was there no elevator for this upper level? Not only would it have saved lifting efforts, an elevator would have dramatically reduced the amount of time taken to move each item individually up the stairs.
