Rick R. | Overall ExperienceI was there with my stuff in storage for 7 years. I think I visited the site only a couple times during those years. Everything was there that I’d put in when I took it out. The rent went up 3 times (I believe) during those years. I didn’t feel that was warranted but then everything went up a lot except my SS. I do have a major objection, I had paid another month about 6 days or so before I moved out. Anywhere else would have pro rated that for me, especially after that many years.
