Peter K | Overall ExperienceBox trailer rental went well, had the size I needed in the timeframe desired. Staff were courteous and genuinely seemed happy to help. The storage unit was clean and ready to go. Easy access to the unit with a swipe key and, trolleys available to assist with moving the boxes from the box trailer to the unit. All in all a fairly seamless process.
jeremy l | First ImpressionsHow can it be secure when I watched a corporate person along with employees from the facility open people's lockers to look for mice. You do not have the right to open someone's personal belongings without them being there, be happy you don't have a class action lawsuit for intrusion upon personal space and that could be basically a home invasion to a certain degree. You guys also at the same time gave me a rental truck with a quarter tank of gas who wants to start their journey and they're very first stop is a gas station and then the dolly you gave me to use was Bojack and worthless. That facility gave me the worst experience I've had in my life when it comes to U-Haul, and I have used you guys nothing less than 15 times over the years.

SALLY D | Overall ExperienceLoved your staff.! My movers did not arrive with my stuff. Called the U Haul main number and the man was so nice and said they would call when they arrive. I was told by US SAFE MOVING THEY WOULD BE HERE FRIDAY THE 30TH AND HAD A 4 HOUR TRIP TO PRESCOTT FROM VEGAS STORAGE. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING AND NO ONE ANSWERS A PHONE AT THE MOVERS. I'M AFRAID ITS BEEN STOLEN OR STREWN ALL OVER A ROAD IF IN AN ACCIDENT ! I AM VERY WORRIED BUT IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT. I CALLED COLTON AT MY U HAUL AND HE SAID HE RECEIVED NO CALLS...!
