We rented a large garage unit to store our truck while our home is being remodeled. There are trailers in front of the garage making it extremely difficult to get our truck into the garage. We aren't able to move it safely without either hitting the garage wall or a trailer. It's just too close. We love the facility but wish we could move. :(

Lynn D | Overall ExperienceAfter 4.5 years as a customer, I have never had a problem with I-Haul. The problem is that after the road construction on RT. 69 they didn’t provide access to U-Haul. You now have to go to Lowe’s and U turn to access U-Haul. I personally brought this to the attention of management. Deserie Wolfton has been polite and helpful in all aspects of my needs. I recommend U-Haul as they have been very helpful in my move to and from Payson to Prescott. My situation is complicated as I am Military and my Mission demands Flexibility. My final comment is that I highly recommend U-Haul for all of your moving needs.
