I spoke to everyone behind the counter, and all of them were genuinely nice. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and ensured I was well-educated about the storage rules and restrictions. They answered all my questions and cross-sold me a truck to move the last of my items from California. I will drive it by myself and trust them to provide me with a truck that will get me safely from California to Prescott.

Conditions were always as promised and when I forgot to put in my entry code the alarm dutifully sounded. There were always plenty of carts available. I was always impressed with their meticulous cleanliness. I would absolutely rent at this facility again.

Things changed on my trip from Chicago to Prescott ended up with a car hauler and a 15 foot truck still to be dropped off at Prescott location I was told that I would get a storage locker free for the first month 5 x 10 when I arrived they told me that they do not participate with the promotions for the free one month storage locker then he said let me see what I could do. I need help with the storage locker free but it’s not anything to what he did but aggravate me saying that you guys don’t participate in this promotion, and answer all the traveling. I was doing to have someone just, not know what they’re talking about. It’s pretty frustrating. The other thing was I was there after 5 o’clock, so I had to use the service entrance with the keypad which was very poorly explained to me. I didn’t know that there was two keypads that I had to use but that finally got straightened out so all in all people there need to be trained a lot better Customer relations as well as knowing their product and equipment in a little bit more thorough explanation on how to use keypad entry
