EXCELLENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. REALLY A JOY TO WORK WITH FOR APP 6 YEARS. STAFF IS SO VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE... A DECIDED IMPROVEMENT VS PREVIOUS STAFF... WHICH ALWAYS SEEMED DISCOMBOBULATED. I HAVE GREAT RESPECT FOR THE PERSON, OR PEOPLE WHO HAVE UPGRADED BOTH STAFF AND PROCEDURES.

After 4.5 years as a customer, I have never had a problem with I-Haul. The problem is that after the road construction on RT. 69 they didn’t provide access to U-Haul. You now have to go to Lowe’s and U turn to access U-Haul. I personally brought this to the attention of management. Deserie Wolfton has been polite and helpful in all aspects of my needs. I recommend U-Haul as they have been very helpful in my move to and from Payson to Prescott. My situation is complicated as I am Military and my Mission demands Flexibility. My final comment is that I highly recommend U-Haul for all of your moving needs.

Cheryl M | Overall ExperienceI had 3 pods with you all for 4 yrs in Wickenberg because Prescott sent them there because of no room to store long term. Long story short my husband passed and so plans were changed. I needed to change to a permanent storage to save money. My experience was not so great with the Prescott location. I had reserved a storage unit 10x10x9 a week before moving from pod to storage. I went in 2 days to sign and look at unit. Unbeknownst to me they had nothing to offer me but 2 5x10’s. I told them that was not going to work and I had a reservation. They then happened to mention that someone had just let them know that they moved out of their 10x10x9 and that I could get it in the morning the day before I moved. That was done but difference was I was now on 4th floor instead of 1st which I reserved. They also told me my pods would be next to dock and when I came at 9 am on April 26, 2026 with my brother and nephew they were not there but across the parking lot. So it made double work for me and my helpers. We had to load into truck which had a small bed on it and make back and forth trips to the dock. Sure glad my nephew brought his truck. So It took from 9 to 1 which should have been done by 11:00. Storage units seem nice and clean.
