I requested a unit online last week, got three phone calls back to set up my account and the reception was inadequate. Never finished the conversation. Have called and left multiple messages to set up my account and find out where my unit even is and have not heard anything back.

Mandar D | Overall ExperienceWas over charged causing bank overdraft fees that I am on the hook for. Paid $20 online when I made the reservation. Was charged an additional $33 that I was not told about and was charged twice for October rent. This caused several overdraft fees. To date, I was only reimbursed for one 19.99 rental fee. I have not received a refund of the other $73 and I am still stuck with several $36 overdraft fees because of Speedway storage’s incompetence. This has been a very costly experience and I am telling everyone I know to avoid this place.
