They should be acknowledged for their excellent customer service with your company. I was impressed with the cleanliness of your building. Unlike others I have used, your units are kept at a decent temperature. The drive and yard are kept clear of snow and ice making it safe for customers. I would highly recommend U-Haul to others. joan s. | Overall ExperienceAfter 24-months...The facility was secure. Temperature control preserved antiques (over 100 years). Clothing stored in hanging garment boxes emerged w/out blemish. What didn't work: - NO lighting in largest unit(1025). This is a BIG issue 24-7. Lights could be made available with MOTION sensors. - Local staff is 95% unreachable. All questions require some unknown person at an 800 #. - Electronic communication from uhaul with storage is not user-friendly. Can be nasty. - Rental vehicles even ordered on-line, requires at LEAST an hr or more.

Kentaro T. | First ImpressionsNothing wrong with my local U-haul but the online process is the worst I’ve ever used regarding alternates. Couldn’t use someone in the same city as me or else it would not enter. I finally used someone I know out of town that had a different last name. Had to go in store anyway to add my wife because there’s no where to do it online. Had to spend another 15 minutes in store while they moved phone numbers around so it would accept. Update your system it’s the worst. If you weren’t right down the street I would never use it again.
