One gentleman is always extremely helpful and very friendly he's helped me many times. He was there the day I opened my unit I believe his name is Keith he's phenomenal! Very knowledgeable. I don't know that I'll be in need of storage again but I'd use West housatonic uhaul again and I definitely would use their service for renting a truck

We emptied it yesterday and everything was exactly as we left it - not even dust on anything and we were on the second floor! It would be nice and helpful if the facility had an elevator but overall we would store here again if needed.
