There is a large section of fencing missing in the entry gate allowing anyone to walk thru when the gate is closed. The motion detector in the bay my unit was located is in the center and did not detect my movement at the entry point. I had to repeatedly walk down the bay towards the detector to prompt the lights to turn on.

DEB G | Overall ExperienceThis is my first time renting a storage unit. I didn't know that the top of the storage unit is open. I can see someone's toddler mattress at the top. This makes me a little nervous as it is not as secure as it could be. The location of the unit is further out than I thought. I asked if there were any open right behind Wendy's. More populated area and easier to access, but they didn't have any. I was told to call the office today to see if the auctioned units are available and if so, where their locations are. Thank you.
