We moved out of our storage unit this past Sunday we did let them know in the office yet they were still trying to charge us for another month and tried to charge the card every single day. We are lucky we didn’t have no money on that card. 2. When we were moving out of the storage unit we realized that there was a leak from the unit above and it completely ruin my new mattress and was told a manager would call me the next day. No one ever called but they did call to tell me my card was declining even though they shouldn’t have been charging me. Told her we moved out and they were still trying to charge she said she would make sure they didn’t try to charge again but guess what that same night they tried to charge again. When I asked the woman why a manager never called about the mattress she said I will have them call you. And guess what? A week later and still haven’t heard from a manager about my mattress. I am a hotel manager and would never make a guest wait this long for a call back. This is so unacceptable and someone definitely needs to speak to this manager

It wasn’t going to work for us so I canceled the storage space and only had it for two days…. But charged the entire amount. The first day we couldn’t even access the space because our cards hadn’t worked. Very frustrating and very disappointing. Felt like I was taken advantage of in a time of crisis. Thanks for nothing….

I offered to pay & they did not charge me. I was thrilled. I’m extremely impressed with U-Haul & these exceptional employees!

I also am happy to say I ended up lucking out and got a 5x10 unit for free month because I rented a uhaul truck and got a deal with renting a unit. I only needed the unit for a few weeks so it worked out perfect and the employees were all very helpful and knowledgeable about their jobs. The closing of the unit went smooth and I am very happy.

There was a miscommunication with my truck rental and had to be returned sooner than I thought and was behind with my move, but Jose helped me make my frustrating move a little smoother and was able to let me finish with what I was moving which was helpful. I would recommend them to anyone for storage or uhaul rentals.
