BRUCE W | Overall ExperienceThere wasn't a gate for over a year (which was not disclosed prior to initiating contract). The office is near unreachable aside from third party through uhaul. The dirt road going into the facility is so beat up it feels like off road rock crawling. I also think its a tad weird that a private owned business goes entirely remote through a call center, with just about no way to actually contact the owner (who is the one physically on the property) RV parking spots are poorly marked so you can almost guarantee getting a call telling you to move your stuff. My unit number also got changed during my contract.

I have enjoyed interacting with the owner and staff over the years. wE wish them all well for the future.

At the same time, you were charging the past renter for a monthly fee. Seems we were double billed for the unit. Still have not received a response. Will wait till end of week before pursuing further action.
