No communication, 3 weeks trying to get a hold of someone . Had to file a corporate complaint. The storage unit was never closed out on the uhaul end properly after the keys and card were surrendered. Organize your team members.

Denis D | Overall ExperienceWe discovered our online reservation for a storage unit was incorrect and we were assigned the wrong kind of unit. Fortunately we arrived just before closing so the woman at the front desk helped us but was unable to provide the type of storage originally requested so we needed to get a more expensive one. After we finally got a unit and loaded our belongings, the 14' front garage door of the storage facility would not close. We called someone to let them know and waited about 40 minutes for them to arrive, wanting to make sure we didn't leave while the door was open. The man who arrived was able to fix the garage door....didn't seem appreciative that we called to alert him of the issue and/or waited to make sure no one went into the facility. Just trying to do the right thing....

My storage door was vandalized within days of moving in. For a guy like me in his sixties moving by himself, I don't need that. I don't care what bull they are making up in their racist minds.
