Kristina S | Overall ExperienceThere were mice that infested our storage unit. I reported this 2 weeks before we moved out. The day we moved out i stopped by the office to let them know we moved out and also swept the unit out. I asked the gal ifcthere was any notes on my account regarding the report of the mice. She said there was not. Very disappointed. Due to the company being located in the west plaines where the wind always blows the unit was coated in dirt along with all our belongings. They are not sealed units.
Pam P | Overall ExperienceFor some reason there was a small padlock on our unit along with our round lock. We were delayed while this issue was being resolved. No manager was available on the phone, so we broke the small lock off and unlocked our round lock to gain entrance! Poor communication and help resolving this matter.
