Sketchy neighborhood and homeless please were inside the gates, In units and using the bathroom. Unit was not as advertised. I was suppose to have a 10x10 with a roll up door and I got a unit that was converted from a 5x5 to a 10x10 with two different small doors. The worst part is you have to back up the ENTIRE way down the second alley because there’s no where to turn around or get out at the end… we arrived with a trailer and it took forever to get out. No one said anything about the access issues. Rodent and water issues, and WAY OVER PRICED. Want a refund for at least the final weeks. Needed to get out fast with

So they switched me to a unit farther down, when I was finished with the unit a short time later they tried to charge me for BOTH of the units only to find out later he had me down for renting two units at another location.
