For some reason there was a small padlock on our unit along with our round lock. We were delayed while this issue was being resolved. No manager was available on the phone, so we broke the small lock off and unlocked our round lock to gain entrance! Poor communication and help resolving this matter.

We had a unique situation where we only needed a space for a short time during our move from the west side to the east side of the state. They gave us a discount and were very understanding.
