The attendant told me to wait outside in the snow while they finished a call. Several minutes later I was about to drive off and then she opened the door. After which the process to get a unit just took longer than I think it needed to be. Much of the process could be done online to streamline the checkin. Or at least let your customers wait in a comfortable location!

Shows they keep an eye on things. Much appreciated. Exit was smooth, so far. As long as my autopay got stopped. Wont know that for a day or so.
