William F. | Overall ExperienceI was able to get in on some affordable storage due to your offers of a percentage off for a few months that really helped out a lot. And I ended up with another decent deal thanks to you guys working on your end to make that happen. But on a negative side it would have been better for me to re-rent at the discount rate without having to move into a different unit. I had quite a bit of things of considerable weight to move over to a different unit when I probably should have been able to keep the unit I was in. But you guys were great in assisting me and thank you very much.

Even when I was in training and my parents were taking care of my stuff and coordinating PODS and the storage facility they were only helpful and positive. They made the move in and out extremely easy and I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area.

Even after notifying them of their error I was told they would auction off the unit which was fine I was moved out except they still want money for the time they claimed I still had the unit for. After some exchanged emails and phone calls this problem is still not resolved. I will not be using them again and will be steering anyone away from this storage business.
