Shawn F | Overall ExperienceThere were multiple times where I paid my bill, a little late, but still paid and I had to wait weeks for the red lock to be removed from the unit just so I can access my items. We had to call multiple times just to get the lock removed and we’re even told to knock on the security guards rv so he could unlock it and it’s not his job. When we cleaned out the unit last week and I called the office to let them know it is broom swept and unlocked but she wouldn’t close my account until she was paid off and she didn’t offer prorations on move out.
