My overall experience has been above average for a storage co. The only thing I can knock is that every single time you could legally increase the rate you did. Since most homes are not built with enough storage, I had to use your facilities as an extension to my own home. I was never late. Never a problem. But always increased payment. You would think renters like myself would earn some loyalty rewards but no. You are just a business, to bleed every cent out of people. It's not like you have a lack of business, and you have been the best that I have used, but the constant raising of my rates to now @$200 a month for as many years when I started at $79. I have now had to make other arrangements because of my fixed income. You have now lost a dependable revenue source. This is why I can not give a perfect score.... Loyalty matters for not.
