Rent A | Overall ExperienceThe unit held my things safely as intended, it would've been nice to be able to access it after 9 pm but that's more of a problem with my planning honestly. My only problem was trying to cancel my account, I had to look up the busines name and scroll through a handful of businesses with the same name until I found the right one. If there's any way to put the phone number up on a sign in the self help booth it could help ease the process of moving out.

Karen B | Overall ExperienceOnly issue we found was in the date we moved. We moved out on the April 1st rather than the 6th. My husband called and spoke with someone that day to let them know. The refund $ difference is minor so we didn’t say anything about it. All else was great.

They let me transfer storage units fast and timely and were always very helpful with any questions and or needs I had. When I informed they I wanted to cancel my lease they were also very polite and helpful and I paid for storage in advanced and didn’t even ask for a refund and it looks like they are refunding me back regardless since I wasn’t there for another month like I intended. I definitely would recommend and if I ever need storage again I will for sure be a returning customer.
