Storage unit was a good size and clean. However, the information on Uhaul website to actual experience was inaccurate. There are no locks available at this site. I almost ordered packaging supplies as well to pick up at this site. Glad I didn’t because it would have been shipped. Glad a store was just a few blocks away to purchase a lock. Nothing and nobody is available at this site. Also, when I booked reservation I was instructed to bring homeowners insurance policy. I went through process of getting our paperwork to take with us at check in. Come to find out this site requires you buy their policy for an extra fee per month. Shady. This is not how reservation information was presented. As we proceed to check in and get our unit (and show our insurance) come to find out this site is not manned for help or questions. Lucy, customer service rep on phone was very nice and helpful. Disappointed that company misrepresented so much information though.

Rent A | Overall ExperienceThe unit held my things safely as intended, it would've been nice to be able to access it after 9 pm but that's more of a problem with my planning honestly. My only problem was trying to cancel my account, I had to look up the busines name and scroll through a handful of businesses with the same name until I found the right one. If there's any way to put the phone number up on a sign in the self help booth it could help ease the process of moving out.
