This is an unmanned facility so you have to rent online or use the call center. The office hours are by appointment very convenient. There’s a kiosk onsite but it wasn’t running. The gate hours are from7:00am-9:00pm. There’s an onsite maintenance man who can address issues and problems quickly, once notified, it makes it nice and convenient. The rates are one of the cheapest around. There’s no shop onsite to get supplies or locks but there is a nearby U-Haul store about a half mile away where you can buy supplies they have lots of good stuff. They use the U-Haul software but they are an affiliate so are locally owned. I’d recommend this facility to others in need of storage.
