Richard S | Overall ExperienceI reserved a unit online- received a confirmation email with a price that was good. For whatever reason I could not complete the move in online- it said that my reservation wasn’t compatible with the on line move in feature, so I had to do it online. That’s when I got hit with ‘we don’t have any of those sized units for that price- so it jumped up by 30 plus dollars. The. When I get to my unit thee is a black rodent poison box in my unit and when I talked to a employee who was passing by, he said I could move it around my unit but it needed to be there when I checked out or I’d be charged for it. I didn’t know there was a rodent problem and now I have a box taking up valuable floor space in my unit. If I wasn’t in a bind I would have canceled right then and there!

BRYAN L | Overall ExperienceEvery time I went in it smelled so good! It was clean and picked up. Everyone was willing to help or they helped me find someone that could help. I loved the emails that kept me in touch and made me feel secure with my belonging there. However, I do miss the area to pick something up for free. But I understand it was a little cluttered. I will most definitely recommend this storage location! THANK YOU!
