My unit was supposed to include a free lock inside for storing my items however it did not, the app for the truck did not work at all most of the time either.

Leola M. | Overall ExperienceStaff is generally unavailable at this location as they are almost always out and about helping other customers or handling other issues in the back of the store. When I opened the storage unit there was no one in the office space for almost 15 minutes.

mckayla g. | First ImpressionsMy overall experience was not great. Some kinda fraud when I would pay my bills with money order of 2hundred. I'd get late fees add on and constantly get notifications that said your last payment of 130 you still owe 70 plus the now fraudulent 50dollar late fee. That kept compounding, then I paid early to keep same rate for rest of the year. They kept over charging me to the new rate, and wouldn't expect the payments saying that it's partial. Then access another 50 dollar late fee . Next it compounds again. I had bad dreams and crazy anxiety of them auctioning my little bit of stuff off nightmares people. I believe the Boss lady Mrs Diane who is an absolute amazing manager is great and deserves a raise far as I'm concerned. Has emplimented a new system where they now take a picture of the money order. (I do always take a picture and the time/date. It's a good habit to use when paying with instruments like money orders cashier ,check ,checks. She's fair and will try to help you! I can't say enough about her professionalism! Mrs Diane you are a sweet special lady and I really appreciate your patience and help. I got my mother's pictures and few things back that would've been tossed out at a auction! Thank you for everything may God grant you passage in your time of need. Peace ✌️ outta here . TOMMY B. | Overall ExperienceOnly issue we had was a mix up on the size of storage we needed. We set up a 10x10 and got a 5x10 instead. Had to throw 100$ towards the bigger unit instead of it being free.
Seth W. | Overall ExperienceEmployees were really helpful, but the first unit they rented me was already rented to someone! When I went to look at it, there was a lock on it. Luckily, the employees were still hanging out in the office even though it was after hours and stayed to help me.

Creacy B. | Online Move InGreat service but I think that if you loose your keys, you should have a deadbolt cutter on the premises. I was locked out for a year and a half. We finally bought a lock cutter ourselves. Outside of that I love everything else about my experience and would definitely recommend you.
