Sarah G | ReservationShortly after making the reservation, I was notified that it was cancelled. I reached out to U haul, and was told this facility had closed. I did not move in, had to go to another facility.

Jeff E | Overall ExperienceThe Owner/operator of Lucenda Self Storage was incredibly helpful during move-in as the Uhaul site that I reserved the Climate Controlled storage unit from had false information (1st floor interior access from outside) as the room was interior only access and in the basement. She came to the storage facility on a Saturday and stayed the entire time as she needed to operate the lift to get items to basement level. She do so without complaint and was very helpful / professional with the whole process. Thank you!

They provide carts for you to use if you have an indoor unit and there are garage doors you can open and close to get to your car easily. I had a hard time getting in contact with the staff via phone/in their office but they respond to emails relatively quickly so if you need something be sure to try that first.
