The staff gave personal information to my brother, absolutely no personal information should have been given to anyone. I'm disappointed staff listened to a person that walked in one day having never been there, the person is trying to get everything in the family trust for himself, Bear River has helped him do this

Conducting business with Bear River Storage was great and they gave me a reasonably priced unit when I needed it. They're a secure area, have amazing staff, and always helped me when I had questions. The reason I needed the unit was because of a really bad accident I was in. Everything I put there when I had to move was there when I returned. The staff is the best and were patient with me when I couldn't talk very well yet. Out of all the storage areas in the Wasatch Front, I recommend Bear River Storage above all others.

I was disappointed that I paid for significantly more square feet than what the unit actually measured. When I contacted the owner about the discrepancy he told me that the square footage of the units are just "approximations" and he made no effort to adjust or compensate. So I left. However, management is excellent.

The experience was excellent in every way. Staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive. The unit was convenient, secure, and clean - no rodents or insects seen during the entire time of our rental. The property was always accessible. Can't think of anything I would suggest for improvement.

Bear River or BUST! I got locked in one night, at 10:00pm! well heck, i had missed that detail and the gentleman that came to let me out was nothing but an angel sent from God himself. Thank you so much!
