I forgot to turn in my key on Saturday May 30th and I turned it in on June 1st but I was already charge for the whole month of June. Will I be paying for the whole month or I’ll be charge for only the 1st when I moved out.? Thank you.

Kendall W | Overall ExperienceWhen booking this unit online everything made it sound like it was one unit a 10 x 15 x 8. When I got there I found out it’s two separate units, a 10x10 and a 10x 5. I was wanting a single unit so I didn’t need a second lock and to ensure my large items would all fit. When talking to the individual at the front they were not willing to help unless I prompted them on everything. I had to ask for them to see if there were any units, I had to prompt them to check the sustainable options, I had to ask if there was some waitlist I could be on to get moved to a larger one if it opens. The only positive thing that came out was they gave me a second lock for free which I did greatly appreciate. Expect I was told the lock would be in my unit. When I got to my units I had to go back out to the front to get the locks before going back in to actually place my stuff. I do love that I’m getting a month free and the easy process of booking, the move in was just less than convenient.
TRESTAN L | Online Move InFacility was quite dirty and the doors have no protection from the outside elements. We cleaned our unit out each time we visited but it filled with dirt, and dust.
Richard J | Overall ExperienceWhere are things at this location where mostly grades the billing only giving a few days if some thing is late and then only 14 days and certainly there’s a lien seems to be rather excessive and for someone that’s already in a tight situation that puts more pressure and emotional strain on them I would recommend reviewing these policies
MACGYVER J | Overall ExperienceThe facility fulfilled our needs. The units were a good size, staff were helpful, and the gate worked well. I appreciated how secure the facility was. My biggest issues are that the parking lot is quite small and my husband told me that the bathroom inside the gate was not clean. Other than that, the storage unit itself suited us well.
