Very good facility with two exceptions. 1. The door on unit Q10 is hard to operate and the pull rope is pretty much useless. 2. I am blocked for some reason from your email address spokanestorage@diamondparking.com and therefore was unable to communicate that way. I was also unable to submit my Uber receipts. In worked Sara on this issue but we were unable to make it work. Even when I reply to a message from you, my response is blocked. Frustrating.

The staff maintains the site well and they will let you know if anything has happened to your stored belongings right away. I wish there were staff at the offices after 5pm but otherwise it was great and fit my needs well.

It was raining hard but the staff went out of their way to help us...even getting out into the elements to assist us with conning and tarping the broken trailer. The same lady checked us in as assisted us on Saturday. No matter who we've contacted at Diamond storage they have been helpful an courteous.

There was plenty of room for a large delivery vehicle to access and the staff was accommodating to said semi truck driver. If I ever need storage in the future, I will certainly consider this facility in the future.
