Extra hours on Friday Saturday Sunday would make a ton of business sense as most people work full time. Weekends are typically and historically when people want to move. We were very disappointed there were no Humans available on Friday and Saturday after 330 pm. Maybe decrease the hours in your slower days. (?)Also would have been nice to have an extra trash bin/ trash can or some kind of utility device for trash. Finally I lived in Springfield for more than 10 years. If it’s going to snow then shovel and throw salt down so people have dry roads/ paths and walkways to there respective units.

JANET B | Overall ExperienceI would not recommend because I was told if I moved out early, I'd be refunded the prorated difference plus I'd get my deposit back. I was not given any monies owed to me. This isn't legal but they can get away with it because no ones going to hire a lawyer to get back $75.

Tim F | Overall ExperienceI lost $40 coming and going in UBER to the assigned unit F30 which the owner assigned but manager had locked without notifying owner. I could not move in to the assigned unit, which was paid in advance as well as deposit. The deposit has not been returned and no communication from the manager or owner as to when I can expect a refund. Very disorganized and terrible experience. I want all of my money returned plus loss of uber fees. I was very patient and cooperative but still no refund or compensation for loss of round trip UBER fees to a unit that was not accessible.

The cameras did not record 24 hours like they were supposed to either and so we could not track the thieves properly. I'm very upset and y'all still haven't sent me my full rental agreement like I have asked multiple times !!!!!!!!
