I not only rented the storage unit there but I also rented a truck to move they were fabulous and helpful and informative when they needed to be and everything I need for packing was there It was a great place.
Linda F | Overall ExperienceI moved out after less than a month. Took pictures of clean empty unit as I was instructed over the phone. After emptying stopped by office, no one in store to help me, so I left. Called the store on my way home to check out, no answer on the phone. Connected to a non local agent and spent 10 minutes on the phone just to let you know I was checked out and wondering where the photos should be sent. She made notes in the system. It's been 24 hours and I have not received any confirmation that my unit and rental are closed out.
Martin V | Overall ExperienceThe staff are always friendly and willing to be helpful, but seemed short staffed, untrained (with regard to the swipe cards), and rarely are able to answer the phone. We had to use 4wd to access our unit after the snowstorm. Please pay staff a livable wage, and provide them with training and adequate staffing. Over all, we were VERY pleased with our Ubox and storage experience and will definitely return to U-Haul for future needs.

ANDREW S | First ImpressionsThe storage is very nice, clean, temperature controlled, secure, great rates, and you can park inside out of the elements. There are carts to use to move your items on. All of the people that work there are friendly and go out of there way to help you.

DEBI H | First ImpressionsThe only thing I don’t like about my unit is the way the unit is. It’s long & not deep. You cannot maximize the full unit. You cannot use the full 10ft of 1 wall & you cannot use the full 5ft of the other 2 walls, because of the door. So I’m not getting my full unit to store my things.
