They made the situation we were in after selling my moms home and haven’t been able to find another house to move to, they just made everything simple and smooth. All the staff I came in contact with either phone, in person or even the young lady sweeping the halls by the units, were so friendly and pleasant. I will always refer or recommend this facility. I hope all Uhauls are like this one!

Instructions were out of date…etc. I’m most alarmed because Zachary Pilkington the GM promised me something on the phone that he didn’t deliver on, and now he refuses to answer the phone or reply to my communication attempts, leaving me no choice but to leave a bad review. A GM shouldn’t ghost a customer.
