The only issue we had with the unit was that after two years, mold grew on our kids furniture. We did not get the climate controlled area but we thought with the design of the units, air flow through the overhead space would allow enough air to keep it from molding. It wasn’t real bad, mostly surface mold that had to be wiped off and some items had to be cleaned.
