I heartily recommend My Storage 1 to everyone! The staff were always courteous and helpful. The facility is spotless and well-kept. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Their video is worthless and they've known it for years and the crooks know it, according to the sheriff's Office. I've lost everything I owned, over $35,000 worth, and they have nothing to help me find out how this happened. Theives completely wiped out a 10x20 storage unit full of my personal belongings.... BEWARE!!! The people running this place have no clue and they don't care.

I was so disappointed to learn of that, because I had thought the units were built better than that. Yes, I would recommend the facility to a friend, but would also tell of my experience with the damage to my stored items which are irreplaceable.
