Rena N | Overall ExperienceI temporarily moved out of unit 331 to unit 381 so that storage facility ownership could complete storm damage repairs to the row of units that include unit 331. I will be moving back into unit 331 as soon as the repairs are completed.

Their video is worthless and they've known it for years and the crooks know it, according to the sheriff's Office. I've lost everything I owned, over $35,000 worth, and they have nothing to help me find out how this happened. Theives completely wiped out a 10x20 storage unit full of my personal belongings.... BEWARE!!! The people running this place have no clue and they don't care.

I was so disappointed to learn of that, because I had thought the units were built better than that. Yes, I would recommend the facility to a friend, but would also tell of my experience with the damage to my stored items which are irreplaceable.
