SCAM!! SCAM!! Go elsewhere or you will regret it!! I paid $190 cash up-front, told it was so that I'd receive 1st month at advertised $1 and told i'd be paid thru the following month. Well, was only there long enough to unload our moving truck, then coincidently told that I had 24hrs to move out and that my $190 advanced payment was not refundable!! Several of us just moved in and none of our gate codes worked, we all had to use the managers code, apparently because none of our rentals were finalized. The manager and several other tenants actually live inside of the storage facility, I guess they were upset we were interrupting their sleep, or scam or whatever. Half of the units are un-occupied, and 1/4 of the occupied units are over-locked with Red locks, easy to figure it out. I'll be filing a formal complaint with BBB also
