I called two weeks in advance to reserve a storage unit. They took my credit card and address and told me that once I arrived in South Carolina, I could simply stop by to pick up my lock and unit number. When I arrived, I was told there was no guarantee I would have a unit until move-in day, which completely contradicted what I had been told before. The manager and another employee were not welcoming and interrupted instead of explaining the situation. The only positive part of my experience was Brandon. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He gave me my lock and unit number without any issues. Unfortunately, the manager never greeted me or acknowledged me, making the experience feel unprofessional. Otherwise the location is perfect for me since I’m moving 5 minutes in 5 minutes from there
