I tried to contact Uhaul via email regarding my move in and have yet to receive a response.
Benjamin M | Online Move InWhen you fired Sherri Wilkins, you lost our business. Nobody works there. William is doing his best as a remote employee but the gate is never working. We had to manually open it with force to move our goods out of the facility over a two day period. The flood of our H14 locker resulted in financial losses that we insured with U-Haul’s carrier which has not settled and it has been three months. We lost collectible print art and some furnishings as well as more goods we uncovered as we unloaded. This flood was in June. Not related to Helene. Not a happy customer since Sherri is gone.
Peter B | Overall ExperienceAll good, but I did see a lot of spiders and their nests in and around the units. Not sure if that can be avoided in a storage space, but maybe some kind of bug spray barrier?

No one on site to help assist. After having to speak to a second person stating that I had to complete the process due to the lady a day prior not sending me the email confirmation with the remainding steps. The movers and I literally had to wait over my hired time to receive my code to access the gate and my unit

Unfortunately for me the water was pooling in the back of the unit where I couldn't until we started pulling stuff out. Ruined a bookshelf and water damage to one of cabinets. Would not recommend this storage place to anyone

I explained that I had three kitchen appliances, range, dishwasher & refrigerator but was assigned a closet. The first locker I booked through the app. There were no graphics or description showing that this was up high or the direction of the dimensions. Like the 10’ was a vertical dimension. A visual would help but certainly the agents should be familiar with the units. The local office was great and very helpful.

The office was closed and I was connected to someone overseas for “help” who then gave the number I had called for further “help”. I did not move anything in and went to Extra Space Storage. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR THINGS, DO NOT GO HERE.
