Gas station U-Haul is crazy I was unable to talk to an actual U-Haul worker the worker said I was 7 miles over my limit but I was not . And he didn’t know if he was allowed to give me my deposit back it was an over all horrible experience and headache
SONIA EThe truck was dirty inside and out. The check engine light was on. The mobile check-in failed and the check-out (condition of truck) failed 2x. It took 30 minutes just to check out the truck. Also the truck only had minimal gas in the tank. Not a good experience.
Alan TThey changed also the drop location. I chose davis and they sent me to another town.
Pedro LThe back of the truck was very dirty and SMELLY. I believe homeless people were spending the night in the truck? When I asked to trade it out for another truck, they seemed unable to help me, and suggested I call the customer service helpline for more assistance. However, the initial transaction was very nice and professional.
