Location added insurance I did not want. Would not remove the charge. Trailer was not ready at pickup time.
JOHN KTruck was not ready at pickup time. Cab of truck had cigarette ash on seats and smelled of smoke. Trailer was not ready hooked up to rental truck. Staff asked me to assist in attaching trailer to rental truck.
