Fast service but was really busy and no personality to pick up interaction. but that is fine with me but maybe not to other people.

Uhaul needs an overhaul of its policies and procedures. I booked a 20' truck and the location didnt have that truck when I arrived. I also booked a dolly and blankets and the location didnt have any Dolly's when I arrived. Maybe if Uhaul didnt stack the rentals with no buffer time in between bookings, you wouldn't run into these problems. Trash ass company

LOUIS HI had an after hours drop off. It was not clear where to drop the truck. It was a big one and i initially thought i was to leave it by the office. There happened to be an employee there that told me “the big trucks are usually parked up the hill”. This was much easier. Specific dropoff point would be helpful. It may be that they told me that somewhere and i just missed it.
