This was a storage facility who had U-Haul trucks on the lot. The attendant at the desk was unhelful and unfriendly. She stated she could not help me because she did not work for U-Haul. There were multiple issues with this rental experience which is making me re-evaulate whether I will use U-Haul for my cross country move this weekend.

Truck was not clean, dirt and debris in the front cab. The truck needed an oil change. Gas was supposed to be at 7/8 full, but was only 3/4 full. All trucks parked in the mud. Too cheap for gravel.
