Everyone at this location was super friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change is the check-our/check-in process. It takes way too long to take pictures and upload and have to record everything. It seems like that could be done by a U-Haul employee :-)

Facility entrance is extremely awkward to gain entry, especially after hours drop off.
Karen MMitch was there person working the counter and seemed to be very knowledgeable and I noticed he knew what he was doing. He probably helped at least 5 or more customers in the time 45 minutes it took Paul.
