Better maintained truck. Truck had a load tick like a lifter knocking and belt squeak. I also had to fix a windshield wiper that came off in pouring rain.

Make sure the tires are properly inflated. The passenger side tire had a leak and the wheel had to be changed before I could start my trip. The people at u haul replaced the wheel in less than one hour. Overall a very good truck.

DEBRA TVery disappointed with service. Had to call customer support within 30 mins fo renting UHaul. Drove in rain with shredded windshield wipers that I called customer service about. This rental was the WORST I have experienced. Truck was disgusting. After reporting the wipers then could not key out of ignition. So had to call customer support again. Then they told me to lift up on drive shift to try and key out Ridiculous Could not drive over 50mph bc steering wheel and entire truck shook and vibrated entire drive. Prayed we would make it to get our daughter moved from college without truck breaking down. Never again would I rent uhaul from this place.
