I called to ask if I could change my location for a drop-off to Denver instead of Fort Collins and they told me that I could but I would have to pay for a $50 charge. I accepted and then drove to a location in Denver which added about 15 miles to my drive. When I got there they told me that they would charge over $400 to drop it off there. The guy at the other U-Haul was very dismissive and did not give good customer service. I ended up driving it to Fort Collins and having to pay for the extra mileage for the information they gave me.

I was not made aware that if I was late I would be charged for a full second day rental? That's darn near criminal. If I'm getting charged for a second day then I should have access to the truck for a second day shoot i could have slept in it I am a single father who was recently kicked out of his home. The $50 that was taken from me may not have been a big deal to you guys but it was the difference between having a place to stay tonight and food but hey, I was late so it's justified right??
U Haul at Kings Center is garbage and I promise I'm going to tell as many people as possible about this experience.

Only thing I can think of, because I am not from the Fort Collins area, would be better driving instructions for those not from the area. Otherwise, have a little patience, the crew there is doing their best with the facility they have, and working on improvements to it. The customer service from the crew was great, from a total strangers' point of view!

The cab interior, windows, and mirrors needed cleaning prior to customer pick up, otherwise the rig was ready to go. Safety and use briefings were excellent/thorough. They made the equipment available to me early, called me when it was ready, and were very courteous/professional. Top notch.

The portable ash tray had ashes in it and spilled onto the dashboard. I wanted a pickup, but had snow in it. There were no questions about the service rep, but that was the one good thing. Otherwise, not a nicer U-Haul, but no big deal.

Extremely nice people that run the place, very helpful and they know the product and were able to direct me to the equipment best suited to me needs. I would recommend them highly and will use them as my preferred u-haul agency again if needed.
