Excellent customer service explaining everything that I needed to do. He walked us out to the truck and together we verified that it was clean. The tires looked great. Everything was ready to go which was a huge relief. Our Uhaul guy also showed us, and put on our receipt, how much gas we were getting which had to be the same amount back. We got the biggest truck, the 26 Footer. It looks scary to drive but it was actually easy. The AC was strong which was very helpful in the hot weather! 3 people can sit in the cab if needed. You might want to practice turns in a parking lot first. We had a 10 x 20 storage unit, which fit the truck well. We survived and did great.
