The guy who processed my move in was rude and pushy. He kept saying he was trying to get home. He didn't explain the security code process, I wasn't able to move in until the following day. He also circledv3 units, I didn't know which one was mine.The daytime crew was super helpful, they walked me through the process, and told me which unit was mine.

The first person was very nice. I was accused of not putting gas in the van and I was charged extra. I had a friend with me when I went to put gas in the van. The young man was very nasty to me and I told him to respect his elders and he said he didn’t expect to live long. Also I wanted to get another month of storage and I was told that it would be full price so I emptied the unit. Some money is better than none! Lots of red tags for non payment .

LISA S | Overall ExperienceThe doors don’t always work with the codes. It take multiple code entries to see if the code will allow access. When I called them about this issue their rebuttal was that they haven’t had any problems when I saw for myself other people trying to enter the facilities were also having issues. I’ve expressed this many times and there’s been no resolution ever.
